John Henley is the Vice President of Business Development at Valentine Insurance Services. A Memphis native, John joined the agency in October 2024, bringing a strong relationship-driven approach to client growth and engagement. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Colorado Boulder after attending Grace-St. Luke’s Episcopal School and Memphis University School. Outside of work, John is an avid waterfowl hunter and trout fisherman, and a devoted Memphis Grizzlies fan.
