Sarah Arnold currently serves as the Director of the Employee Benefits Department at Valentine Insurance Services. She brings over a decade of experience in Employee Benefits, with a specialty in designing innovative large-group benefit plans that incorporate cost-saving alternatives for employers. Sarah earned her Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of Memphis. She lives in Johnson City, Tennessee, with her husband and three children. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing with her family and attending her son’s many sporting events.
